Randy has been with the Mariners for over 15 years and is the Cofounder of the L.I. Mariners.  Randy has been the head coach of the St. Joseph’s Golden Eagles for the past 9 seasons.  Cadens’ teams have broken many records at St. Joseph’s including 27 wins in 2008, a school record.  He has made the playoffs 11 out of 13 seasons as a head coach, which includes four regional and a world series appearance .  He has coached 10 players that played professional baseball, four All-Americans, 15 All-Region, 7 All-State, and over two dozen All-Conference players.  He has also been named coach of the year five times.  Randy is available for both pitching and hitting lessons.
